Due to the impossibility of reproducing the design documentation and making helmets for the pilots, XX Company turned to us for reverse engineering services. The following parts of the helmet were scanned and 3D-printed: helmet body, oxygen mask, oxygen mask body. All components will be adapted to DLP printing in accordance with the geometry of the provided samples and taking into account the requirements for the physical and mechanical characteristics of the materials. In this way, it was possible to reproduce the samples in Solid 3D-models for further development of the design documentation and serial production.
